15th session of the Islamic Summit conference

Adopting the resolutions issued by the regular and extraordinary sessions of the Islamic Summit, in particular the Seventh Extraordinary Summit in response to the recent developments in the State of Palestine, held in Istanbul, Turkey (18 May 2018), as well as the Sixth Extraordinary Islamic Summit under the chairmanship of His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey, and the Emergency Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers on Al-Quds, Sharif, which was held in Istanbul, Turkey on 13 December 2017, and the decisions of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the latest of which was the 46th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers in Abu Dhabi, including the decisions issued by the Al-Quds Committee in its previous sessions, regarding the issue of Palestine, the Holy City of Al-Quds and the Arab-Israeli conflict, and the final statement issued by the Executive Committee meetings at the ministerial level, and welcomes the decisions related to On Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif, adopted by the 30th Arab Summit in Tunis on 31 March 2019, and stresses the centrality of the Arab Peace Initiative in all its aspects, as stated in the Beirut Summit in 2002. Reaffirming the need to take practical measures against countries that undermine the historical, legal and religious status quo of the Holy City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif or contribute to the entrenchment of the Israeli occupation and colonization of the city; Emphasizing all relevant resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly and the Security Council, in particular resolutions No. 181 (1947), 242 (1967), 252 (1968), 338 (1973), 425 (1978), 465 (1980), 476 (1980), 478 (1980), 681 (1990), 1073 (1996), 1397 (2002), 1435 (2002) and 1515 (2003), and General Assembly resolution No. 194 (1948) on the question of the Palestine refugees, and the resolutions of the General Assembly held under the title “Uniting for Peace” at its tenth emergency special sessions, on the illegal Israeli actions in occupied East Jerusalem and the rest of the occupied Palestinian territory, and on the status of Jerusalem, including Security Council resolution 2334 (2016);
